The Marco Polo Club (The Club) is one the two loyalty programs offered by the airline. Members of this program are automatically registered for the other program – Asia Miles members. There are four tiers in this membership program, namely Green, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. A nominal amount is charged for membership subscription, and travelers are given access to green tier facilities. With the increase in flier miles, they are promoted to other levels. The Club miles can be obtained by booking tickets with the airline itself, Dragon-air and all the Oneworld member carriers. These points are used for the membership upgrade, downgrade or renewal.

The Green tier benefits include dedicated check-in counters, lounge access, priority boarding and excess baggage allowance. Members are promoted to Silver tier after the Club miles reaches 30000 or the Club Sectors go as high as 20. Additional benefits include priority wait-list, business class lounge access, business class check-in, and members can use the Frequent Visitor channels at Hong Kong International Airport. When the miles surpass 60000 points, the member is promoted to Gold tier. As points double, the member gets access to benefits provided in the diamond tier. Members get business lounge access and can bring guests with them apart from increased baggage allowance along with priority check-in and baggage handling.
